A little about Crystal:
Crystal Hays is a compassionate and inspiring educator and educational consultant with nearly 10 years of experience in the field of early childhood development and preschool curriculum development. As a mom of 3 young boys, she knows that life can get messy! She has been married to her high school sweetheart for 13 years and they love a good family road trip. Aside from her family (and coffee), she is passionate about supporting caregivers & educators in the season of life while their hands and hearts are full.
Crystal graduated from California Baptist University and holds a B.S in Liberal Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Studies and an M.Ed in Early Childhood Education. She holds a Childcare Director’s Permit from California’s Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Currently, Crystal is a faculty member with Mt. San Jacinto Community College’s Teacher Education and Developmental Studies (TEDS) department. She teaches Child Development, and Preschool Curriculum Development courses to the next generation of Early Childhood Professionals. She also sits on the Board of Directors at a playschool in her hometown.
Her passion for being a positive influence in the lives of parents and educators is centered around her love for young children during their most critical years of development.
