Choose your template color and we will type it up for you and send it to you via email. Options are pink, white, gold, and colorful. 
Once purchased, fill out these questions on this template and email it to us at info@daycaretimesolutions.com.
Once complete we will send over the PDF for review. You will get up to 2 revisions for the document. Afterwards, revisions cost $5 per revision.

1. Name of Daycare (send your logo as well)
2. Template choice 
3. Date of closings (include actual dates and not just holiday names) 
4. Calendar starting date (August or January)
