Update Employee Handbook

We will begin updating your employee handbook by assessing if the current version covers all necessary topics. We will do this by checking the laws and regulations for your state.  

If there is a policy or specific update that you want, let us know at your scheduled appointment. 

After your scheduled appointment with Christa, turn around time for completed work is 10 - 12 Business Days.

Note:  For customized documents such as parent handbook, employee handbook, or emergency preparedness plan, provider will review documents after they have been created by the DTS team. Any changes will be made at the provider's request. Approved documents will be sent over in the form of a PDF file. Any changes to document after approval, will be subject to a $40.00 fee.
  • After payment, write down your invoice number. This number will be on your invoice page and also emailed to you. 
  • Do not set up an appointment with Daycare Time Solutions until you have your invoice number.

***Any appointment scheduled without an invoice number will be ignored.***

  • When setting up your appointment, make sure to enter your email, phone number, and in the “Add Your Message” box include your Invoice Number.
  • You will be contacted by phone at your scheduled appointment time.
